Pipeline Leak Detection and Estimation Using Fuzzy PID Observer

A pipe is a ubiquitous product in the industries that used to convey liquids, gases, or solids suspended liquid, e.g., slurry, from one location another. Both internal and external cracking can result structural failure of industrial piping system possibly decrease service life equipment. The chaos complexity associated with uncertain behaviour inherent pipeline systems lead difficulty detection localisation leaks real time. timely leakage important order reduce loss rate serious environmental consequences. objective this paper propose new leak method based on an autoregressive exogenous input (ARX) Laguerre fuzzy proportional-integral-derivative (PID) observation system. In work, ARX–Laguerre model has been generate better performance presence uncertainty. According results, proposed technique detect accurately effectively.
